- The group ensures the motivation of the team and is responsible to keep the members growing during the year, both it’s soft skills as well as the technical skills.

Vehicle Dynamics:
Responsible for the chassis as well all braking and suspension systems.
- Responsible with developing the formula’s chassis and all of its dynamic structures.
- The group is the team’s ground, its main goal is to design a good foundation that allows all the other systems to come together.
- Everything regarding suspension, steering, and braking is studied and designed by this department, always with optimization in mind.
- The group also has the task of ensuring that all the driver’s safety devices comply with the competition regulations.

Powertrain:
Focusing in engine and gearbox development.
- The members of the powertrain department are responsible for the design and development of all components relating to the core of each vehicle, its propulsion system.
- In addition to controlling and managing the propulsion system, members of the department work around related subsystems such as gearbox, transmission, differential, batteries, and other components.
- The subsystems generally depend on the other departments, so there is a direct link between this department and the electronics and chassis and dynamics departments.

With the goal of projecting all eletronics systems needed to run a racing vehicle.
- The group develops both the high level software (for example, the pilot interface) and the low level software used in the on-board microcontrollers.
- This software runs on our own printed circuit boards (PCB’s), and the group integrates all of this with the necessary actuators and sensors.
- Besides controlling the vehicle, sensors are an important piece of data acquisition for other departments.
